Safety and Procedures
The forms are designed to ensure that the correct procedures are followed, not only with issues regarding your particular series, but also with safety concerns. They allow the OWG office and the broader club staff as a whole to keep track of enquiries, racing changes & most importantly matters of safety whilst on the water and at the club.
You can download the forms with the PDF’s, or fill one out and submit it online!
Protest
Lodge a protest using the forms available outside the OWG Office or submit electronically to owg@sopyc.com.au
Change Form
Use the Change Form to update skipper, crew or equipment details and ensure compliance with racing and regatta requirements.
Scoring Enquiry
Need to query a race result or report a scoring issue? Submit a scoring enquiry and the race management team will investigate.
Hazard & Incident Report
Help us maintain a safe sailing environment by reporting hazards, incidents, near misses or safety concerns at the Club or during events.
